Plans are underway to deliver two training events to the onsite industry.

On August 16, those interested will have an opportunity to complete training on Inspection for Real Estate Transactions. The association has received several requests for this training as the demand from the banking community to have septic systems assessed upon title transfer becomes more common.

This will be followed up on September 13, with a Site and Soil Evaluation Field Day. Detailed site and soil evaluation is critical in the design process for onsite wastewater. Join a soils scientist as they lead you through logging a test pit to assess soils characteristics that impact how onsite wastewater systems function.
