No matter how successful a company or professional service corporation is today, most business owners are looking for proven ways to take their company up to the next level.

Here’s something to think about.

1) Keep only the systems you have that have been proven to produce a steady stream of reliable revenue – and trash everything else. Don’t be tempted to keep a system in place, just because “that’s the way you’ve always done it.” If you’re not sure, then you need to “test, test, test” and if it’s not paying off, then drop it and replace it with something that does work.

If you have employees answering the phone and taking orders from customers, when’s the last time you trained them to assist customers with an “upsell” or “cross-sell”?

6) How to successfully be the leader in your business category and achieve domination even when faced with an ever-increasing number of low-cost competitors. You may think it’s all about competing on the lowest price to get the business – but it’s not. You need to train your staff on creating a compelling “POV” – from a customer’s point of view…that’s “perception of value.”

7) How to Implement proven business growth systems to help business owners to stay energized. You need to avoid the fatigue and stress that comes from working long business hours and no time to relax and re-charge your batteries.
